“Sois belle et tais-toi” = “Be pretty and shut up”. Famous misogynistic phrase, meaning what a woman says isn’t important, what matters is the way she looks. The sentence has been crossed out and instead it reads “Sois toi et t’es belle”, so the words “toi” and “belle” have been inverted, and “tais” has been replaced by “t’es”, which is pronounced the same way. The new line means “Be you and you’re beautiful”.
